Orders
When you place an order and pay, you are offering to buy the products you selected. A contract forms only once Framefolk Studio Sdn. Bhd. (202601038282 / 1700377-V) confirms your order.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.
Licence
Digital items are licensed to you, not sold. Unless the product page says otherwise:
- you may use the photos, footage, mockups, textures and 3D assets in your own projects and in projects for your clients, including commercial work
- you may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the raw files, or upload them to any stock, marketplace or file-sharing site
- the standard licence does not cover products for sale where the asset itself is the main value (for example prints, templates or merchandise); products marked Extended Licence do
- AI-generated assets are labelled on their product page; check that they suit your use, as the law on AI-generated works is still developing
- photography prints are for personal display; you may not copy, scan or reproduce them
- copyright and all other rights in the files stay with Framefolk Studio Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors
Liability
To the extent permitted by the laws of Malaysia, Framefolk Studio Sdn. Bhd. (202601038282 / 1700377-V)'s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
